Big results come from little things. Our overall current life style is based thousands small habits and the millions of small decisions we made so far.
Therefore, we always need to look back if we are on track to our goal. If feel that we are not happy, it means we are getting away from what we wanted to be. Then it is time to work on habits: remove bad ones and add the good ones.
